Our Senior Marketing Executive (Regional Partnerships) role is perfect for someone with strong relationship building and communication skills. The role is focused on identifying potential partnerships based on business needs, and then meeting, and signing those partners.
In order to maximise brand awareness, reservation numbers, and e-commerce revenue for the region, this role will spend the majority of their time engaging, and managing, new and existing partners. They will need to cultivate a balanced spectrum of partners, and must be familiar with both offline, and online trends and channels.
Do note that partnerships in this context do not refer to restaurant clients.
Ideal candidates should have a background in public relations, media, events, and or similar partnership management/acquisition roles! It of course helps if they're able to bring an outgoing personality to every meeting.
Acquire, manage, and renew quality partners and affiliates to increase Chope's exposure as a reservations and e-commerce platform in the region
Conceptualise and execute events and campaigns to maintain partner and affiliate engagement
Explore and acquire new redemption options for Chope’s loyalty programme, Chope Dollars
Monitor partner and affiliate performance and compliance, taking steps to improve either where necessary
Work with the Singapore finance team to ensure that regional affiliates and partners are paid on time and in full
Skills, Experience & Traits
Skilled in identifying, building, and maintaining strategic and tactical business relationships
Comfortable with data and analytics in order to monitor partner and affiliate performance
Able to communicate fluently and professionally in English and Mandarin due to requirements of partners in mainland China
Independent and proactive mindset, with the ability to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability; candidates able to pre-empt problems, identify root causes, then formulate and implement solutions with little prompting will be at a strong advantage
Regional travel will be required (25% of the time)
While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered
At least 2 years’ experience in a partnerships-related role
Existing user of the Chope app
Passionate about the food and beverage industry
Have an existing network of contacts amongst social media influencers, banks, and other large-database entities in the region
Experience in digital marketing
