About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Field Quality Manager to join our team @ Zimplistic.
The role requires a highly technical and data loving person who can work with data in conjuction with other technical aspects to resolve field issues quickly.

Serve as the main point of contact with Customers, Sales and Service on product capabilities, maintenance, quality and field feedback
Establish and implement a database for customer and field problem tracking and drive for speedy resolution.
Provide speedy, accurate failure analysis to field feedback with closed loop resolutionMonitor the field failure statistics and work closely with product development and factory for continuous improvements
Identify areas of improvement and assist in creating and implementing solutionsFollow up with customer regarding outstanding issues and work with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Responsible to enhance the Repair/Service effectiveness and productivity for better customer satisfaction.
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with min. 5 years of customer and field quality experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skillsGood technical knowledge in areas of hands on field servicing work, testing, assembly processes and quality assurance.
Ability to resolve and perform maintenance functions such as assessing, installing and fixing system, equipment or machinery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve product or service issues.Ability to address Customer Quality and continuous drive for improvement activities of the company product and processes.
Well organized and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
