Regional Performance Marketing & SEO Lead at Love, Bonito

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets across all major platforms and channels, primarily, e-commerce site/app, retail stores, crm, social media, paid & organic marketing, events & activations. Reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Plan and own overall regional performance marketing strategy (including but not limited to SEM, social paid, GDN, programmatic, SEO and etc) and be responsible for all performance marketing KPIs
Set up and lead the team across the region to execution and optimize in all respects of performance marketing campaigns
Responsible for quality traffic growth through comprehensive channel optimisation approaches
Consistently improve search result rankings and traffic by improving site structure, page construction, keywords research, compelling SEO copywriting, updating meta tags and etc.
Analyze conversion and revenue trends to proactively identify opportunities for revenue optimization by providing insights and analysis from all available data sources
Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders internally (tech team and etc) and externally (vendors and etc) to ensure smooth execution of all channel initiatives
Generate performance reports and conduct regular analysis on key metrics timely to consistently drive marketing efficiency and ROAS

Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of relevant work experience preferably in SEM or other performance marketing roles
BA/BS degree from top university in business, design or other relevant field
Expert knowledge of performance marketing and web & mobile analytics tools
A solid logical and analytical thinker with strong interests in number side of things
Proficient in Excel and data analytics tools (e.g. SQL and etc)
Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
