Community Workshop Executive at Love, Bonito

You will be responsible for strengthening the relationship and stickiness between Love, Bonito and our customers through bringing together and growing the community of women by coming up with initiatives, events, workshops of various kinds to constantly engage and connect with them through our brand values.
You are instrumental in building Love, Bonito’s most powerful strategic advantage: customer loyalty and advocacy.

Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time-management to always be on schedule
Plan, conceptualize and execute workshops to grow and engage the LB community
Work closely with various teams within the company to ensure the successful execution of workshops
Work closely with partners, external vendors and other brands to ensure as much value as possible for the brand and community
Propose and plan well-balanced workshops for each quarter which covers key pillars such as Fashion, Styling, Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, etc
Host and run workshops
Constantly and consistently gather feedback from the LB community to improve offerings
Deliver post-workshop analysis and reports on ROIs after every session
Administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience with marketing, content planning and comms preferred, but not required
Diploma/Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related studies
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
Pays attention to details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
Excellent time management skills and independent worker
