A 3+ years of proven experience in conducting human-centered design research, UX research, synthesis and workshop facilitation.
Experience drawing from a variety of research methods: in-depth interviews, ethnographic, surveys, prototyping, diary studies
Ability to see pattern and behavior through numbers. You will be working closely with our quantitative research team, so you need feel comfortable with number crunching.
Experience drawing from a variety of synthesis methods: user journey, experience map, personas, value proposition analysis, and other framework of analysis.
Passionate about social impact and how technology can improve people’s lives.
Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts to ensure that your research aligns with the project vision and objectives.
Plan, design, execute, and manage experience research projects that can span from “up the funnel” foundational research, mapping service experience, to concept and usability testing.
Synthesizing research findings into robust and inspiring recommendations, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
Facilitate inspiration workshop where you guide stakeholders to come up with ideas that are based from the insights you have gathered.
Mentor the junior researchers to up their research and stakeholder management skills set.
Always building benchmarking analysis to make sure that your team know what’s new, and never miss the newest product development trend.
