Influencer Marketing Specialist at Zimplistic

Rotimatic is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist who has proven experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer outreach programs, and creating relevant, brand worthy content amongst integrated national campaigns. The strongest candidates will have experience working within a digital marketing department or agency on consumer facing brands and has demonstrated success sparking conversations between brands and consumers that build deeper relationships.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage highly visible blogger/influencer/ambassador campaigns and related events as well as develop and maintain relationships with established and emerging influencers across social and digital platforms. This dynamic person will have experience experimenting with innovative ways to leverage influencers to achieve client goals and the ability to constantly evolve the way we work in the industry.
We are seeking candidates with Digital and PR campaign experience in one or more or the following verticals: F&B, Lifestyle and Consumer. The ideal candidate will have active relationships and work experience with bloggers/influencers on both an earned and paid basis.
Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online
Negotiate with both influencers/networks/MCN’s and work with internal and external legal teams to execute influencer contracts
Implement integrated influencer campaigns that are aligned with brand strategy to meet business objectives
Administer vendor invoices, vendor forms, purchase orders and fulfillment
Distil actionable insights from campaigns and work with our analytics team to measure the impact of our influencer outreach work and deliver detailed client reports
Master, grow and maintain our proprietary platform and internal network of influencers to facilitate the creation and distribution of authentic, relevant branded content
Identify influencer/ambassador opportunities across markets
Establish and build influencer and partner relationships
Develop influencer case studies and generate awards entries
Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer and digital media advancements and relevant campaign
Influencer Marketing/Agency Experience: 2-5+ years at a regional or national PR or influencer marketing agency is strongly preferred
Influencer Outreach: Experience identifying, recruiting and managing influencer/ambassador programs for large, national consumer facing brands
Pitching: Experience pitching/negotiating influencer placements, including experience working with management agencies and influencers without management.
Writing & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with internal and external client teams
Influencer Passion: Acute understanding of and passion for influencer marketing, blogs and digital media with established influencer relationships
Positive Attitude: Ability to approach each influencer campaign with a positive outlook and strive for continuous improvement and optimization
Self-starter: Ability to effectively work independently with ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Creativity: Ability to help develop creative campaign strategies and influencer promotions that resonate with the target audience to achieve our client’s campaign goals
Organization: Must be able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and have excellent personal organization skills and high attention to detail
Computer Savvy: Extremely Internet savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) to assist with finance and client reporting
Education: BA or BS college degree in marketing, public relations or communications or related is helpful.
