Sales Manager (22 Manager CEOs) is one of Topica's top management recruiting positions to find senior managers taking on the role of CEO of new products. in the future and together with Topica carry out the mission to dominate the market of online education technology in Southeast Asia.
In 6 months, the candidates will go through 3 management positions in various fields and products of Topica to integrate and try themselves.
Candidates will be selected for the position / field of work, the most appropriate product according to their expertise and aspirations for management.
I. WORK DESCRIPTION
Ensure business objectives for the product of the monthly / quarter / year.
Responsible for management, planning, training to improve the quality of human resources, motivation and development of personnel (scale 30-40 people).
Analyze, forecast market potential and competitors to develop short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Report directly the results of work with managers at all levels.
Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure the implementation of sales strategies in accordance with objectives and efficiency.
* Development activities
Research and test new sales channels (Autosales, Outsource ...), develop sales management tools (CRM system, centralized management system ...).
Develop and improve the sales process based on customer psychology analysis to shorten the sales lead time, increase the conversion rate of potential customers.
Asserted management positions in multinational companies with a scale of 2,000+ employees and 1,000,000 customers, a network of operations covering Southeast Asia.
Accumulate million in 3 to 7 years.
Become a senior manager, CEO or self startup for 3 years.
Expanded management capacity in many areas.
