FUTURE FULL-STACK DEVELOPER RECRUITMENT PROGRAM is a recruiting program for Information Technology Professionals of the Topica Educational Technology Association to find potential candidates for future high-tech IT professionals. Together with Topica, we have a mission to dominate the online education market in Southeast Asia.
I. WORK DESCRIPTION
Architectural design and programming module development / new product stable operation.
Optimized processing system to meet hundreds of thousands of transactions simultaneously.
Research and apply new technologies into online training (3D, Vitual Class Room, Hangout, Oculus, Hologen, Emotive, Robostics, ...)
Apply CI / CD to deploy the code to the daily test server, production.
Working directly with topica management and departments in six countries.
Worked together, coordinated many students, lecturers, employees are businessmen, foreigners, famous people from America, Europe, Thailand, Singapore ...
Report on results of working with the Board of Management and direct management.
Manage from 3-5 collaborators, staff.
1. Be trained to become a full-stack developer. After 12 months, you can do all of the following:
Back-end code: Proficiency in at least 3 programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Python, NodeJS, Java, ...
Database: Analysis of database design (MySQL, SQLserver and NoSQL), query optimization with data tens of millions of records.
Deep understanding of server systems, hosting. Host and set up the environment for application deployment.
Experience 3 key projects with different technologies in 12 months, 5 products in 6 countries: Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and USA.
3. Be guided by top seniors who have successfully built technology products for millions of users.
4. Dedicated 2 days Free Day per month (not working) only study new technologies: Who, Machine Learning, AR, VR, IoT, ... or the technology of interest.
5 Be working in a culture that has a young, dynamic, start-up culture that promotes creativity and development.
6. To be assessed for salary increase, up to 2 times / year. Opportunity to increase salary from 50 to 80% per year.
