There is an IOT revolution coming. Zimplistic aims at disrupting technology and creating amazing inventions to bring new revolutionary products in the kitchen robotics space. Its flagship product, Rotimatic aims at making life simpler, healthier and happier at the touch of a button.
As Zimplistic takes the next paradigm shift in it’s growth, we are looking to build our Talent Acquisition function. For this reason we are looking for a leader who would drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for us and help fuel Zimplistic’s growth.

Your strong business acumen and ability to engage and consult with mid to senior level managers across the business will see you succeed in this role.
Implement innovative and practical solutions to manage hiring to meet business objectives.
Designs and executes scalable hiring plans. Manages end-to-end recruitment.
Regular contact and communication with the hiring managers to ensure an understanding of all business requirements and building ongoing relationship.
Implement a consultative stakeholder management.
Defines, designs and implements recruiting programs for a variety of positions. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibrations, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
Effectively manages budgets to target use of all available routes to market, including social media, job boards, events and networking.
Inspires and establishes a positive candidate experience; and influence the business in the importance of candidate experience.
Compile & analyze recruiting data and metrics to support business hiring decisions.
Minimum 10 years of end-to-end recruiting experience with a mix of agency and inhouse hiring for a global organization.
2 years of experience in managing teams is preferred.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, highly analytical and possess strong problem solving skills.
Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain staff.
Proven track record of stakeholder relationship management, capable of dealing with people at all levels with constantly shifting goal posts.
Ability to promote and build a high performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre talent in the market.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human resources or equivalent.
