Marketing Manager at Love, Bonito

You will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Malaysia’s e-commerce and retail. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets across all major platforms and channels, primarily, marketing partnerships, influencer & PR, events & activations, e-commerce & retail stores and social media.
You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Lead and execute overall campaign calendar for Malaysia across all main touch points, in particular:
Influencer marketing & PR
Events & activations
MY-specific emails and on-site updates (when com.my launches)
Social media platforms
Create and conceptualize omnichannel, retail and digital campaigns to attain monthly targets and key campaign objectives
Collaborate closely with teams to ensure timely and impactful roll-out of new collections, restocks and sales - Merchandising, Retail.
Work closely with the Retail operation teams for all in-store initiatives that can range from thematics, sales to more experiential events i.e. styling workshops.
Work closely with the central Creative team to request, vet and QC all required MY marketing materials.
Initiate and create a strong support ecosystem with all the required internal stakeholders to ensure that there’s always: a) clear communication, b) heads-up & preparation, c) feedback & sharing
Lead and manage all partners and local vendors i.e. bank partners, local agencies etc.
Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of relevant work experience preferably in an e-commerce / digital company
BA/BS degree from top university in business, marketing, economics or other relevant field
Versatile and balanced and has dabbled in both content strategy and sales roles
Analytical and numerate
Familiar and fluent with basic marketing and backend tools
Strong and effective communicator and an influential team player
