Executive- Food Technology at Zimplistic
Zimplistic is a product design company inventing intelligent kitchen appliances that promote healthy eating through simplicity & automation.
Rotimatic is world's first fully automatic roti and flatbread making solution. For centuries women have spent time daily to make fresh rotis for their families, a task which is often described as a chore and a hassle. Rotimatic solves this problem and frees up people from the daily chore.
This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between Food tech and Technical customer support to ensure training, service levels and customer excellence. This role is a mix of food Tech and L3 tech support.
Responsible for all food tech related escalation queries of customer (no direct interaction with end customer).
Consistently improve customer satisfaction through expert resolution of conflicts, issues, and concerns.
Act as the highest escalation level for tech support.
Train tech support team on tech troubleshooting and hands on product knowledge
Coordinate with Food tech team in Singapore to understand new changes in firmware and cascade to entire team.
Support food tech with regular experiments on different recipes.
Compiling/checking product specifications.
Designing and conducting experiments and as well as to analyze and interpret data.
Establish product specifications and documentation
Must have good knowledge of food background especially flour and bakery to be able to respond to customer’s questions and concerns about rotimatic, different recipes and service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,leadership qualities, people and team working skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a high pressure environment.
Should be open to work in shifts and rotational offs.
Data analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree in Food science and technology/ chemistry/bakery
0-2 Years of experience
Positive attitude and ability to multi task
