Bachelor degree in marketing/communication/business
Min. 4 years experience in transportation area
Have a good understanding of the GO-JEK brand, specifically for Transport services, and develop a communication strategy based on that foundation.
Have strong managerial skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain market leadership.
Develop marketing strategy for GO-JEK’s two-wheel and four-wheel on-demand transport services based on data and insights, both at national and regional levels.
Manage the different functions within Transport Marketing team, including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, offline activation, partnerships, etc.
Work closely with Transport product team to stay updated on the latest feature development and have a good understanding of the product vision.
Work closely with Creative, and Content & Distribution teams to build strong brand affinity towards GO-JEK’s Transport services through branding and content.
Work closely with Growth team to support and provide communication strategy for their campaigns.
Work closely with Ops and Offline team to secure partnerships with property owners to improve our drivers’ ability to deliver their service and increase visibility.
