Business Analyst (Collections) at FinAccel

The Business Analyst (Collections) analyzes collection related data to aid business in portfolio monitoring, staff KPI monitoring and user behavior to identify fraudulent/ high risk transactions, as well as, improve business processes and systems to improve process efficiency. The roles and responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):
Tracking and reporting collection staff performance to aid business in performance management
Daily monitoring and review of portfolio performance
Work closely with engineering and data science team to codify these insights into the existing collection models and business processes
Generate additional insights by analyzing transaction and user behavior patterns
Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.0, preferably in quantitative subject (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics).
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Risk Analyst/ Fraud Analyst/Business Analyst in financial or ecommerce sector preferably.
Excellent analytical skills. You need to be comfortable with data – Analyse it, question its validity, interpret it, and develop recommendations based on it
Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in excel required
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Conversational ability in English required
