Operations Analyst - HQ, Singapore at Love, Bonito
Singapore City, SG
You will be responsible for bringing end-to-end visibility to our operations performance (across customer care, fulfillment, logistics and delivery) and working on special projects to improve and innovate on existing processes. As the Operations Analyst, you will proactively perform analysis to solve for business problems or opportunities ranging from optimizing fulfillment options to improving customer’s experience.
You will be expected to work at the intersection of data, operations and customer experience to drive change to the organisation’s operations and processes. Reporting directly into the Head of Operations Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s operations through this exhilarating expansion phase.

Track and analyze key operational metrics to make recommendations to drive a seamless customer service experience: including customer support SLAs, shipping standards and warehouse performance and productivity;
Support the Head of Operations Innovation with analysis and implementation of strategic/operational and/or cross-functional projects including expansion plans;
Develop business cases and action plans for operations improvement project concerning processes, systems and/or design set-up;
Measure and track operational improvements from newly implemented operations initiatives;
Understand existing systems and processes (returns, stock transfer, putaway, delivery, etc.) and identify potential opportunities in improving operational SOPs and best practices;
Develop an internal daily communication system between customer service team, warehouse and our retail stores to highlight trend issues, driving overarching solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze productivity, plan manpower resource, forecast for peak period and holiday season while maximizing customer experience;
Improve existing omnichannel operations processes including omnichannel inventory management and POS system, enablement of O2O returns & exchanges, B2B deliveries, etc;
Analyze and suggest improvements for inter-country logistics and delivery from manufacturers/regional fulfillment center to retail stores and subsidiaries.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred;
2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an e-commerce, digital or consultancy capacity;
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
