Min. 5 years’ experience with 2+ years’ experience in project management role (related to business expansion/opening new locations will be a plus)
Experience in management/strategy consulting company or investment banking
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions (possessed structured thinking is a must)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage relationships, willing to get hands dirty setting up local operations, monitor, and problem solve operationally
Strong skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (data crunching is a plus – SQL, R, etc.)
Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
Willingness to undertake frequent travel

The International Expansion Project Manager is an incredibly demanding position, and the right person will be highly skilled, bold, and a leader. Taking Go-Jek into new countries, you are responsible for the development and growth of our business across the globe.
You will report to the SVP of International Expansion and be responsible for the planning, development and management of international expansion needs. You’ll need to be a super organized project management genius as you touch on every aspect of the GO-JEK business, from project inception through to completion.
General responsibilities include:
Being the architect and manager of expansion plans (identify demand and supply opportunities, trends, threats, weaknesses and provide recommendations, etc.)
Identify key levers to grow and strategically plan, involving best methods, processes, and risk assessments
Assess overall country performance, deep diving into specific business lines, products, functions, and customer segments
Monitor progress against execution plans and maintain project documentation as well as timelines
Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices
Exceptional ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with pertinent stakeholders, customers or external contacts
Establishment of effective and professional relationships with all levels of employees and customers/vendors
