Minimum bachelor degree in any field
Having minimum 6 years experience, as a consumer researcher, design ethnographer/ researcher, strategic planner and researcher, senior or mid-level business designer in a design agency or service design agency.
Worked for a solid and respected global or national brand/product/startup or agency
Having experience in handling research for the solid set of brands, products or startups
You are data-driven and experienced and comfortable and enjoy working with data, surveys and quantitative tools
Experienced in using a toolkit of different methodologies: qual, quant/ surveys, data analysis, can design online (digital) and offline (in person) research methodologies
Have lived or done work in Asia through the course of your career and have a sound understanding of Asian culture and getting around in Asia
Must have travelled to different countries for your research or education or in life
Willing to relocate to Jakarta if overseas
Willing to undergo 1 month of immersion in the language if not a Bahasa Indonesia speaker
Naturally curious about users/ people, their behaviour and understanding it in order to build great product and a great platform.
Responsible for helping us to answer the big WHYS of GoJek’s key products, and stakeholders both internal (POs/PMs, Marketing, Growth, BOD) and external (users, drivers, merchants)
Preparing a solid, hands-on background in being able to take complex questions and problems we have, and turning them into clear methodologies to research and find actionable next steps and solutions to.
All with the goal of levelling the app up and turning it into the best on-demand ride-hail and delivery service platform in Indonesia.
