TradeGecko HQ is based in Singapore and we have expanded our North American presence about 18 months ago Toronto. TG Toronto is based in the heart of the downtown core on King West and Spadina where our Success, Sales and Partner Team work hard everyday to serve customer outcomes.
We are looking for smart and motivated individuals to support our North America team of Account Executives. In order to succeed in this role you will need to be tenacious, tech savvy, and have a thirst for knowledge as you will need to learn a great deal about the world of commerce in order to be effective. We want our Account Executives to become business advisors to the customer as well as product consultants in order to really add value to the customer during their buying process.
TradeGecko is a numbers and metric driven sales organization that takes a customer first approach. What this means is that you will be held accountable to revenue targets, lead conversion rates, and a host of other metrics that help to ensure that we offer a consistent and repeatable level of service to our customers. In order to thrive in this environment it helps to be numbers focused and to enjoy a healthy amount of competition, after all this is a quota carrying sales role at its core.
As an Account Executive you will:
Own and destroy your individual revenue targets as set by the company
Be responsible for both inbound and outbound daily activity metrics
Work as part of the Account Executive Team by supporting and helping your colleagues to meet their targets
Continuous improvement to become the best business advisors to our customers
Executing our sales process diligently and keeping great notes in our CRM system
Provide a voice for our customers by passing feedback from customers back to the company so that we can improve our service and product
Act in the best interests of TradeGecko at all times
Degree or similar (required)
2-4 years of sales experience ideally in a tech company (required)
1-2 years sales experience in a SaaS company (nice to have)
Proven track record of success in a target driven environment (required)
Excellent business level English and comfortable communicating on the phone (required)
