Content and Social Programs Manager at Zimplistic

About the Role:
This is a newly created role in our Singapore office within the Marketing and Sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced content marketing manager, proficient in content creation, it's distribution, social media marketing, consumer engagement and SEO. You will be owning programs that would create, curate and increase the reach of voice of the Rotimatic brand and it's customers.
You will be responsible to:
Drive content marketing strategies for Rotimatic.
Manage online reputation on Search, Video and Social channels.
Scale the online reputation management program. Manage agency relationships.
Liase with customer support and product teams to drive consumer engagement and advocacy programs.
Work with the PR, Influencer team / agencies to drive new content creation.
Drive Social Media Marketing for inbound traffic.
Report on key trends and insights from time to time and present the efficacy of the programs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong grasp of SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing.
Experience working within / with an agency.
Excellent understanding of content syndication and distribution.
Hands on experience with content distribution networks such as Outbrain/Taboola and content marketing automation.
Previous experience working with ratings/reviews management platforms and CRM platforms for customer advocacy.
Track record of delivering results that improves content presence on channels such as Social, Search Engines and YouTube.
Experience in a hardware consumer product / appliances highly desirable but not essential.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and able to work independently.
Comfortable in getting on one to one conversations with customers, influencers and publishers.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and make commercially sound decisions.
