Community Manager at Zimplistic

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Community Manager to attract and interact with the community, both virtual and local, as the voice of Zimplistic. It is a varied role, that includes a marketing mindset with hands-on execution approach to developing integrated marketing campaigns, community management, event organization and all issues related to community experience.
Most importantly, we want someone who cares deeply about the work they do, to whom good-enough is never good enough. We don’t just want our community to like you, we want them to love you.

Develop Rotimatic owners at scale: define and implement scalable solutions to educate, support, and grow new Rotimatic users.
Run, grow, and improve Rotimatic owners Community. Identify and develop top contributors in the Community.
Devise and implement strategies through website, social media, press releases, newsletters, marketing collateral and initiate/ organise networking events to increase Rotimatic owners engagement (e.g. via innovation and experimentation).
Synthesize owners feedback and recommend and drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase Rotimatic owners satisfaction, activity, and performance. Track, analyze and report metrics for Community Engagement and Development.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Generate, edit, publish and share original content (original text,images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actio
Own copy writing process ensuring our messaging to the community reflects our brand, our quality, and our values
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Integrate closely into the team to know the heartbeat of the company and portray that in the company’s online identity.
Minimum Qualification & Skills:
5 years of hands-on community management experience
Bachelors/ Masters degree from a leading academic institution
Digital marketing agency background and start-up experience is highly favourable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident presenter with strong public speaking skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Resourceful and creative
International relations and/or marketing communications experience desired
Passion for healthy living and helping people live healthier
Track record of identifying and implementing improvements based on data and insights.
Track record of effective mass communication and engagement.
Strong content writing skills and orientation to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Interest in health and holistic wellness.
