As part of an integral component of our supply chain, the Customer Care team is responsible for continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of customer care provided to our customers. It goes without saying that the customers mean the world to us and we will always try our best to get it right for them. Always remember your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning!
You should have / be

• Attending to customer queries via email and ensuring that they are responded within the agreed response time
• Handling and processing customer returns, exchanges or defects
• Support the customer care team in any ad-hoc duties from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
• Open to fresh graduates with a passion for customer service
• Past experience in operations or customer service industry will be a plus
• Good reading and written language skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Positive, energetic and friendly demeanor
• Collaborative team player
• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months
