Role: We’re looking for a dynamic, highly personable, opportunity-driven, and resourceful Knowledge Management Specialist to join our awesome team in Singapore! You’ll play a key role in our employees' and customers’ success.
This is what you will be doing:
Developing high quality internal and external facing resources/content (technical and instructional); both written and audio-visual, to better educate internal team members, customers and partners alike.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to:
obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
keep up to date with product enhancements and improvements
Creating, analyzing, updating and optimising new and existing resources and content.
Proactively developing high-quality and high-value content to support product releases and close potential knowledge and process gaps.
Writing easy-to-understand user interface text and online help.
Building and conducting training programmes internally.
Maintaining and upkeeping the community forum. In addition, you will:
Ensure all questions are responded to within the stipulated SLA’s
Engage and encourage deeper industry discussions within the Gecko Community.
Managing the company’s social media platforms, providing consistent and engaging communications and handling crisis communications effectively.
What are we looking for:
Excellent command of the English Language - written and spoken.
A knack for writing with wit and flair is highly desirable.
Degree/Diploma holders in Mass Comm/Communications or other related fields preferred.
1- 2 years experience.
Confident and proactive team player with a high level of initiative.
Ability to deliver high quality content and documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them engaging and easily understandable in text, pictures and video.
Experience in managing social media (Desirable)
Experience in managing external digital community forums/ platforms. (Desireable)
Basic HTML and CSS understanding.
Confident with adobe premier/photoshop/illustrator.
